Over the next year, Faith & Valor will equip 100 service members and their families with the skills they need to build businesses or successfully transition into civilian careers.
Programs
Entrepreneurship Workshops
Our Entrepreneurship Workshops will help military and law enforcement personnel transition into business ownership or civilian careers by providing them with practical skills grounded in Christian values.
What We Will Do
We will offer workshops that cover business creation, financial management, and personal development, all from a faith-driven perspective. Participants will also have access to mentorship from Christian entrepreneurs.
Our Goal
In the first year, we plan to run at least 10 workshops, serving 50 participants and helping them launch businesses or transition into new careers.
Transparency in Action
We will track workshop participation and business outcomes, offering follow-up support and sharing our progress with our community.
Career Transition Mentorship
Our mentorship program will help service members navigate the civilian workforce with guidance from experienced Christian professionals.
What We Will Do
Career coaches will work with individuals on resume building, interview skills, and finding purpose-driven careers. Our goal is to help service members transition smoothly while maintaining a strong faith foundation.

We aim to pair at least 50 service members with mentors in the first year, supporting their transition to civilian life.

We will regularly check in with mentees and mentors to measure progress, track job placements, and share success stories with our supporters.
