Built by Someone Who's Lived Both Sides
I'm Shamena—U.S. Air Force veteran, former U.S. Secret Service employee, and daughter of a military spouse who moved eight times supporting my stepfather through multiple wartime deployments.
I watched my mother sacrifice her career dreams gradually, in a thousand small decisions to be our family's constant. When I joined the Air Force and later worked alongside law enforcement personnel globally, I finally understood both sides of that story.
The honor of service. And the hidden cost to families who carry it.
